As you browse the site we collect general information about the visit: which pages you viewed and how long you stayed, your approximate location (city or region — not your exact address), your device type, operating system and browser, and the link you arrived through.

We also record how you interact with the site's buttons — tapping WhatsApp, tapping call, requesting directions, or opening the menu. This reaches us in aggregate, statistical form and is not used to identify you personally.

If you fill in the contact form, we ask only for your name, phone number, and your message — details you provide yourself and that we need in order to reply.

We use two analytics tools: Google Analytics 4 from Google, and Meta Pixel from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Both run inside your browser and send us reports on visits and interactions.

These tools use cookies and similar technologies to recognise repeat visits. You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings at any time, and the site will keep working normally without them.

For two reasons only: to improve the site and the ordering experience — seeing which dishes people look for and which pages need simplifying — and to measure how well our advertising works, so we know which ads reach real customers and which ones to stop paying for.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with any third party for marketing purposes, and we do not use it for anything beyond what is described above.

The website takes no payments, so we neither collect nor store card numbers, bank details, or any financial information about you — there is no place on the site that asks for them.

Orders are completed over WhatsApp, by phone, or through delivery apps, and payment happens on handover or inside the delivery app itself.

When you order or get in touch via WhatsApp, your conversation moves to the WhatsApp app and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours. We use your number there only to complete your order or answer your enquiry.

Likewise, if you order through a delivery app such as Keeta, HungerStation, Jahez, or Ninja, your data in that case is governed by that app's privacy policy. We recommend reviewing the policy of any app you use.

Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) gives you the right to know what data we hold about you and request a copy of it, the right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data, the right to request its deletion, and the right to withdraw your consent to tracking.
